Research Interests:
The use of animal models of infection and an in vitro pharmacokinetic model to evaluate pharmacodynamic interactions between antimicrobial agents and bacteria, including: 1) Evaluation of new dosing strategies for the treatment of infections; 2) Role of Û†lactamase inhibitor pharmacokinetics on the dynamic interactions of Û†lactamase†inhibitor/Û†lactam combinations; 3) Pharmacodynamics of drug combinations against bacteria,  4) Development of resistance during therapy.
